Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. Items have a 14-day return policy.
You will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted. Should you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. If there is a problem with the item you received at fault of shipping carrier or Terahdactyl Headquarters, in most cases I will be happy to offer an exception to the return policy, at my discretion.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund or replacement will be given.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on shipping issue/damaged item, in most circumstances I will be happy to offer a replacement. This is a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Terahdactyl Candles.
Note: Terahdactyl Candles will not be responsible for incorrectly entered addresses resulting in delivery failure or item sent back by the shipping carrier. Should this happen and the item is sent back to Terahdactyl Headquarters in goos condition, I will be happy to ship the candle back to the correct address provided you are responsible for shipping costs. If item is not returned to Terahdactyl Headquarters, you will be responsible for placing a new order.
